Get ready for the sweetest adventure of the summer and join us for a DogVenture Day: Pups & Popsicles on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025, from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
This Clear the Shelters month, we’re going BIG with one of our favorite events, a DogVenture Day + we will have free popsicles for everyone, all day long!
💛 What’s a DogVenture? It’s your chance to be a shelter dog’s adventure buddy for the day.
We will give you everything you need, a leash, harness, treats, toys, etc. you just bring the love, the fun, help give our shelter dogs the best day ever, outside of the kennels!
Maybe it's a walk in the park, a coffee shop run, a lazy front porch hangout session, or maybe you go visit grandma's house together - wherever you end up, it's guaranteed to be memorable!
When you return, you’ll fill out a quick “report card” so we can learn more about each dog, helping to match them with future adopters.
Whether you’re here to pick up a pup for a DogVenture, meet adoptable dogs, pick up a foster, or just swing by for a sweet treat, this is a day you won’t want to miss.

No RSVP needed. No pre-registration is required. All DogVenture hosts must be 18+ years of age, or accompanied by an adult.
